At Velocity Optimized Motorsport we offer a variety of details from routine maintenance to full paint correction. No job is too big or too small and we take pride in using the very best products and proper techniques to ensure every car is done right. Before leaving, every car is thoroughly inspected to maintain the highest quality of work.
EXTERIORÂ MAINTENANCE

Our Exterior Maintenance Detail adds shine and protection. This detail option is perfect to keep your paint looking fresh, however, it will not correct any swirling or scratching already present.
​
The process begins with the car being washed using our two bucket method and all new mitts and towels.
The car is completely decontaminated and then the paint surface is treated with iron-X and a clay bar to lift any remaining debris.
​
A one-step polish and wax is used to finish this service. A one step polish will fill in small swirls and protect with a carnauba wax. This service does not fix scratches or swirls marks

EXTERIORÂ COATINGÂ MAINTENANCE
Ceramic Coated Cars Only

This maintenance is recommended for anyone with a ceramic coating. This yearly detail allows us to look over the coating and ensure the product is working properly. We also apply brand specific maintenance products to help preserve the benefits of the coating.
We begin by thoroughly washing and decontaminating the car. We then lightly polish any blemishes if necessary and touch up any spots where the coating may look weak.
Once the car is cleaned, decontaminated, and polished we use recommended maintenance sprays to refresh the coating and keep that high gloss shine.

EXTERIORÂ ENHANCEMENTÂ CORRECTION

This is the difference maker when trying to restore your paint and make it more visually appealing. We start with our in-depth hand wash and thorough decontamination of the vehicle.

With this correction, we are aiming to remove about 85% of the defects from your paint and leave a dramatically improved surface. We use a compound to remove swirls, scratches, and randomized defects from the clear coat.
​
We then apply a specifically designed polish to remove any remaining light swirls or scratches to add optical clarity and depth to the paint.
Once the correction stages are complete the vehicle can be finished with a high-quality silica spray sealant, Menzerna Paint Sealant or a Ceramic Coating for added shine and additional protection.

EXTERIOR MULTI-STEP CORRECTION

This process is where perfection meets the paint! We start with the same in-depth hand wash and thorough decontamination of your vehicle.
After the surface is dry and free of any contaminants we work panel-by-panel using both our compound and polish to remove any scratches that can be removed from the paint. This time consuming and labor intensive process ensures that your paint will be as defect-free as possible.
After initial correction we re-inspect the entire vehicle and spot polish any flaws that remain, eliminating 98% of the total defects. The entire vehicle is finished with our high-quality carnauba wax.
We highly recommend upgrading to our long term paint sealants or coatings to preserve your newly perfected surface.
